Schengen and Caribbean Visa

Visa applicants residing in the United Arab Emirates can visit the Consulate General in Dubai to apply for a visa. Visa applications can ONLY be done by appointment in Dubai.

Due to an extremely high demand for travel to the Netherlands your appointment date might be a few weeks in the future. We advise you to make an appointment well in time. Every applicant needs to have an appointment in order to apply for a visa, therefore make sure to select the right type of service. Please be advised that cancellations do occur and therefore on a daily basis new slots will open up. Kindly keep on checking the appointment system for open slots.

UAE residency mandatory
Applications without a valid UAE residency (except for GCC nationals living in the UAE) will not be accepted. All applications from people residing in Pakistan and Afghanistan have to be submitted to the Netherlands Embassy in Islamabad.

Fingerprints for all Visa Applicants
Please be advised that fingerprints will be taken of all visa applicants at the Netherlands Embassy in Abu Dhabi and at the Consulate-General in Dubai upon applying for their visas.This procedure is part of Schengen regulations and therefore all applicants are required to appear in person.
