Passport requests in the UAE

Dutch nationals residing in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi can submit their passport request at the Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

Dutch nationals residing in the Emirate of Dubai or the Northern Emirates can submit their passport request at the Consulate-General in Dubai.

Opening hours in the UAE

The Embassy in Abu Dhabi is open for consular matters from Monday to Wednesday between 8  am - 10 am.

The Consulate-General in Dubai is open from Sunday to Wednesday between 9 am - 12.30.

The request will take approximately 14 days.

Every passport application should have copies of the passport and residence visa. Childrens passport applications should have copies of the passport and residence visa and copies of the passport and residence visa of both parents. We cannot make copies of any documents at the counter.

The payment can only be done in Dirhams in cash.
